The core strength of MESPAS has always been the consistent and structured handling of data throughout its software platform. With the latest advances in artificial intelligence, we can now take the next step and help unlocking even more value from collected data. This release lays the foundation for a new business intelligence module that will allow to ask questions about vessels’ performance and other topics that matter.
Procurement / Marketplace
Contract management: with imported contracted prices, MESPAS indicates when a price is available, helping to save time during the ordering process.
Account code per line item: multiple account codes can be assigned to a single order, allowing each order item to have its own account code.
Save search filters: procurement search filters can be saved and added as tabs, giving quick access to favourite search results.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
Documents improved overview: managing documents with a new structure that lets filter by category or product. The new search makes it easy to find documents assigned to specific objects, such as all overhaul pictures of the main engine. Save favourite search filters for quick access.
Forms on mobile: the MESPAS mobile app receives the functionality to also support QHSE forms. Allowing to record the results of inspections and drills directly on the smartphone. Create own forms in MESPAS and complete them on the go for a wide range of use cases.
General improvements
User distribution screen: especially useful for managing larger fleets, a new screen provides a clear overview of users and their assigned vessels, making it easy to see who has access to what.
Additional API: our out-of-the-box interfaces also include all form content recorded in Maintenance job cards and QHSE forms, enabling deeper data analysis.
Activity notifications: notifications now keeping informed also about upcoming or overdue jobs and tasks on computers and mobile devices.
